Completed My First 365 Photo A Day Project
OMG! I can’t believe I actually completed a photo a day for 365 days with the my_365 community on Instagram. It has been something I always wanted to do. But thought it would be too much. To honest, there were occasions that I almost stopped due to getting busy or not sure what I would take a photo of for the daily prompt. Here is my year in photos. To collect the photos used the app Collect – Photo Journal to create the monthly collages.

Goodbye 2014 Hello 2015
I am so happy I started 365 photo a day project. In addition, I am so proud/thrilled that I completed one. As a result, I am planning on doing another one in 2015. This time I am creating my own prompts/themes for 2015. It was so neat writing this blog and going back through all the photos I took for this project. So many memories. My goal is to put all 365 photos into a photo book. I use Blurb to create my books.
If you have never done a 365 photo a day project I highly recommend it. I started mine with Instagram and have met a lot of talented folks. The camera I used was mainly my IPhone and occassionally my NikonD300S. If you need inspiration then feel free to check out the prompts I used in 2014. The prompts I used was provided by the my_365 community on Instagram.
For 2015 I plan on using my NikonD300s solely for taking photos for my photo a day. I will post my 2015 – 365 photo a day project at the end of each month with the prompts I used if you would like further inspiration. So this is goodbye to 2014 and hello to 2015.
I have big plans for 2015 and will share them here on my blog as they occur.
